Overview

TLD (The Land Developers) is an Egyptian developer of residential and mixed-use destinations, headquartered in New Cairo, with four projects: Westrict, Kukūn, il Bayou and Armonia. The site presents the brand and routes buyers to each development, with over 630 units planned for delivery through 2026.

The Challenge

Four projects with their own names and logos needed to read as one developer buyers can trust.

01

Westrict, Kukūn, il Bayou and Armonia each have their own identity.

02

Buyers arrive by phone (hotline 16170), WhatsApp and interest forms, and all of them had to stay one tap away.

03

TLD is around 7 years old (per the site) and competes with larger, older developers.

Our Approach

One brand frame, four destinations inside it.

01

Brand film hero

The home page opens on a brand film with 'Curated. Considered. Yours.', so TLD is introduced before any single project.

02

Projects in the header

All four developments sit in a Projects dropdown and as logo cards, so buyers reach a specific project in one click.

03

Contact on every screen

The 16170 hotline, WhatsApp and 'Register Interest' stay in the header, because real-estate leads come by phone.

“The hard part was hierarchy: four strong project brands, and the developer still had to come first.”
