Work / Case Study
A kids' Islamic education app for two users: a curriculum for parents and teachers, and a self-learning track for children.

Overview
Fullk is a non-profit initiative, built by sheikhs, curriculum designers, educators, writers and artists, that makes Islamic education engaging for kids. The app gives parents and teachers lesson plans, videos, worksheets and assessments, and gives children a self-learning track plus a library of stories, books and songs.
The Challenge
01
Parents and teachers need structured lesson plans, visual aids, worksheets and assessments.
02
Busy parents need kids to learn on their own through activities, videos, games and puzzles.
03
A large library of stories and songs needs both a readable format and a read-along video.
Our Approach
01
The full curriculum (lesson plans, animations, worksheets, assessments) sits behind a parent/teacher account, so adults get the teaching toolkit without it cluttering the child's experience.
02
A self-learning track runs lessons as activities, videos, questions, games and puzzles, so children can progress when no adult is free to teach.
03
After each lesson the app prompts parents with a short shared activity, keeping a human connection in a self-paced product.
The Work

“The hardest part was designing for two users at once: a parent who needs structure and a child who needs play, in the same app.”
